Castro speaks from the heart about the everyday challenges—from riding a bike to tying her shoes—she faced growing up, 由于她的残疾. First-year Shea Dolce was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player after posting 19 saves in three contests. Juniors Belle Smith and Sydney Scales and graduate students Jenn Medjid and Cassidy Weeks were named to the all-tournament team.
BC and UNC matched up in the ACC championship game for the fourth time in the last five ACC tournaments. The programs also squared off in the 2022 NCAA Championship Game.
